Tepeyac, C.P. 45150, Zapopan, Jalisco **Contract type:** Full-time **Reports to:** Commercial Director **Position Purpose** Lead the commercial management of **Azul Cielito**, a Mexican women's clothing brand with over 10 years in the market and national presence. The National Sales Executive will be responsible for driving **wholesale and consignment sales**, strengthening relationships with existing clients, and expanding the client portfolio into new regions across Mexico. **Main Responsibilities** * ● Manage and follow up on **wholesale and consignment sales**. * ● Prospect and develop **new clients** nationwide. * ● Maintain constant communication with **sales points and business partners**. * ● Present **biweekly reports** on results and sales projections. * ● Collaborate with **marketing, production, and logistics teams** to ensure a brand-consistent commercial experience. * ● Process orders and provide follow-up for clients across both channels. * ● Conduct **monthly settlements with consignment partners** and coordinate product restocking. * ● Monitor **inventories** and sales point performance. * ● Analyze results and propose strategies to improve **turnover and profitability** per client. * ● Represent the values, style, and spirit of **Azul Cielito** in every commercial interaction. **Requirements** * ● **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in sales, preferably within fashion, design, or premium consumer brands. * ● **Technical skills:** ERP system proficiency, sales reporting, and intermediate Excel knowledge. * ● **Willingness to travel** monthly within Mexico. * ● **Genuine passion for sales** and affinity with the brand’s aesthetic and philosophy. * ● **Languages: Intermediate/advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking).** * ● **Mobility: Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.Personality Traits** * ● Organized, proactive, and results-oriented. * ● Enjoys collaborative work and has an aesthetic sensitivity. * ● Responsible, ethical, and committed to the brand’s values. * ● Proactive with a vision to identify business opportunities. * ● Empathetic and confident in negotiations. * ● Persistent and growth-minded. * ● Analytical and structured in information management. * ● Values visual consistency and customer experience. * ● Embodies the **free, natural, and sophisticated lifestyle** represented by Azul Cielito.**Conditions and Benefits** * ● **Work schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. / 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. * ● **Statutory benefits.** * ● **Fixed salary:** $21,000 MXN gross per month.**Compensation and Incentives**At **Azul Cielito**, we value effort, passion, and consistency.
