Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to supervise equipment, manage suppliers, and perform general maintenance of facilities and buildings. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages a maintenance team and key suppliers. 2. Prepares reports, quotations, and supervises maintenance activities. 3. Knowledge of electrical, water, gas, and air conditioning installations. We are looking for your talent as a Maintenance Manager. Requirements: Industrial Maintenance, Civil Engineering, or related field. (Completed or incomplete). Experience in the position: Maintenance Manager or Maintenance Supervisor (preferably 5 years). Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Sense of responsibility, effective communication, and personnel management skills. Knowledge of electrical, water, gas, and air conditioning installations. Responsibilities: Personnel management (team of 10). Coordination with suppliers for air conditioning, general maintenance, etc. Handling and supervision of maintenance tickets. Reporting and follow-up with senior management. Quotations, budgeting, and procurement of materials.
