We are seeking a trusted Maintenance Supervisor to perform maintenance and repair tasks inside or outside the facilities of an Educational Institution. We will rely on you to keep our facilities in optimal condition through various tasks. Skill and technical knowledge are key resources for a Maintenance Supervisor. Key Responsibilities: General Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Leadership and problem-solving skills Reporting and Documentation. Perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting work to ensure facility integrity. Monitor and maintain proper functioning of doors, windows, locks, and other access points. Ability to proactively identify and resolve issues. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Desired Competencies: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Commitment to the safety and well-being of the school community. Ability to communicate effectively with teaching staff and other members of the Institution.
