You will be a key player in warehouse operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly, under control, and with full traceability. **What impact will you make?** You will be responsible for ensuring uninterrupted warehouse operations, guaranteeing productivity, order, and process compliance across picking, verification, receiving, and shipping. Here, you won’t just supervise—you’ll lead, solve problems, and get things done. **Your Key Responsibilities** * Ensure warehouse operational continuity * Meet operational service-level agreements (SLAs) * Maintain team productivity * Reduce errors in picking, verification, and shipping * Identify and eliminate bottlenecks * Guarantee operational order, safety, and discipline * Ensure correct process execution **Your Day-to-Day** * Supervise order preparation and scanning during operations * Balance workloads across departments * Coordinate the team during peak operational periods * Identify errors and implement corrective actions * Lead daily follow-up meetings * Train staff on processes and best practices * Supervise 5S compliance and proper use of PPE * Coordinate restocking and warehouse operational flow * Track operational and disciplinary incidents **What We’re Looking For** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree (completed or in progress) * 3–5 years of warehouse/logistics operations experience * Minimum 2 years leading operational teams * Experience in high-demand environments (retail, construction, consumer goods, etc.) * Proficiency in operational KPIs and SLAs * Experience with ERP / WMS systems * Intermediate Excel skills **Key Knowledge Areas** * Inventory management (cycle counts, ABC analysis, accuracy) * Productivity and operational control * 5S methodology * Industrial safety * Continuous operational improvement **Cross-Functional Interaction** * Operations / Control Center * Logistics * Inventory * Human Resources * Commercial **What We Offer** * Base salary: $20,000 MXN gross monthly * Performance bonus: $5,000 MXN * Statutory benefits * Banorte benefits (20k life insurance, dental insurance, telemedicine, etc.) * Job stability * Career growth within operations * Dynamic and challenging work environment **This role is right for you if:** * You enjoy leading teams on the floor—not from behind a desk * You make quick, operationally grounded decisions * You drive results without compromising team control * You focus on productivity, order, and execution Salary: $20,000.00 – $25,000.00 MXN per month Application Question(s): * What did you study?
