Important aromatization company specialized with presence in other states of the republic is looking for: **Trainer\-Process Control** * Age 35 to 45 * Both genders * Industrial Engineering degree or related field (social work, administration, etc.) * Minimum 1 year of experience MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION: * Manage or participate in talent training or development projects based on performance and organizational transitions at corporate level (training profiles, performance evaluation or continuity programs, change management, operations schools, etc.). * Coordinate the design and implementation of training plans \[compliance and continuity] as well as execution methods and processes (in-person, virtual or hybrid). * Propose and manage the implementation of policies, processes and tools that ensure optimal execution of training and development programs aligned with business objectives. * Advise, measure and provide feedback to Human Resources Units regarding the execution of training and development processes, guidelines and tools. * Design and coordinate action plans for detected inconsistencies or opportunities together with area responsible parties. **We offer:** Salary from 16,000 to 18,000 depending on skills.
