We are looking for: ***CREW SUPERVISOR*** **We offer:** * Weekly salary: $4,500 (tax-free) * $1,000 monthly food vouchers * Statutory benefits * Direct hiring by the company * Professional growth * Schedule: 9:00 AM–6:30 PM, Monday–Friday, plus two Saturdays per month from 9:00 AM–1:00 PM **Job Objective:** Supervise, coordinate, and verify the electrical and mechanical integration process of control and power panels, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, delivery timelines, quality standards, electrical regulations, and industrial safety requirements. **Requirements:** * Technical or engineering degree in Robotics / Mechatronics / Electromechanics / Industrial Engineering or related field * Knowledge of basic electricity, basic mechanics, or basic plumbing * Experience in maintenance, mechanics, and electricity * Valid driver’s license * Knowledge of panel assembly **Skills:** * Customer orientation * Teamwork * Attention to order and quality * Ability to work under pressure Employment type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Sick leave days * Option for indefinite-term contract * Employee referral program * Free uniforms Work location: On-site employment
