Coordinate planning and scheduling of medium-complexity projects to achieve project objectives. 2\. Monitor and control projects, verifying compliance with defined scope, timelines, and costs. 3\. Effectively manage project scope, ensuring that objectives are met, control is maintained, and client expectations are satisfied. 4\. Ensure efficient use of resources, maintain cost control, and meet the project’s financial and schedule objectives. Required activities 5\. Coordinate under the quality management system to ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations. 6\. Maintain effective communication management, ensuring all stakeholders and team members are informed, engaged, and aligned with project objectives. Experience 1\. Experience implementing project management systems, including progress tracking and reporting tools. 2\. Management of multiple simultaneous projects, demonstrating ability to prioritize tasks and resources. 3\. Coordination and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including engineering, operations, quality, and regulatory affairs. 4\. Management of projects with significant budgets and adherence to strict deadlines. 5\. Conflict resolution and negotiation with stakeholders to ensure project success. Knowledge 1\. Project management principles and practices, including project planning, scheduling, control, and closure. 2\. Regulations and standards applicable to the pharmaceutical industry, such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) standards. 3\. Effective communication with all project stakeholders, including technical teams, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders. 4\. Management of project scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communications, risks, and procurement. 5\. Risk management in pharmaceutical projects, as well as implementation of mitigation strategies. 6\. Efficient and effective decision-making, creative problem-solving, and adaptability to changes in the project environment. 7\. Preparation and presentation of project progress reports, deviation analysis, and improvement proposals. Education Bachelor's Degree **Additional Profile Requirements** 1\. Willingness to travel. 2\. Advanced English proficiency. 4\. Education. 4\.1 Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Automation, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
