Job Summary: We are seeking a Night Shift Production Supervisor responsible for production reporting, maintenance tracking, and personnel management. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for: **NIGHT SHIFT PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR** **Responsibilities:** * Preparation of production reports for Assemblies and Optical Distributors. * Tracking and control of autonomous maintenance checklists. * Monitoring and analysis of raw material and scrap costs. * Evaluation and continuity of the 5S methodology. * Generation of autonomous maintenance reports. * Preparation of individual employee productivity reports. * Implementation of performance evaluations for the team under supervision. * Management and follow-up of training for supervised personnel. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Industrial Engineering or related field **PREFERRED BUT NOT MANDATORY** * Knowledge of continuous improvement and Lean tools * Manufacturing Experience (Mandatory) * **Availability to work Monday through Thursday, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM (off on Friday through Sunday)** **We Offer:** * Tax-free salary * Direct hiring * Benefits exceeding legal requirements * Ongoing training * Growth opportunities * Employee transportation for certain areas **Apply today and start creating VALUABLE CONNECTIONS with us!** Employment type: Full-time, Part-time Salary: Starting at $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Professional development support Work location: On-site employment
