Job Summary: Construction and Carpentry Resident responsible for supervising construction progress, managing product receipt and distribution, and coordinating work according to technical drawings and specifications. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and monitoring of construction progress 2. Coordination of work according to drawings and specifications 3. Administrative management of the construction project Briken, a kitchen and closet manufacturing factory, works on high-rise buildings and houses under construction. We are seeking: Construction Resident ***REQUIREMENTS:*** · Architecture degree Construction and carpentry resident Knowledge of construction [finishes] Familiarity with carpentry and melamine furniture Monitoring and supervision of construction progress Managing product receipt and distribution at the construction site Coordinating and ensuring that work is carried out according to drawings and technical specifications Administrative management of the construction project Experience as a safety officer · Valid DC-3 certification for working at heights · Full availability of working hours · Strong communication and organizational skills · Age 25 to 40 years · Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Salary: $4,236 net per week Savings fund Position type: Full-time, Project-based or Fixed-term Position type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $4,236.00 per week Work location: On-site employment
