Driving sales targets and profitability A prestigious company specializing in the sale of all types of construction finishing materials is seeking: **"Branch Manager"** **Position Objective:** To manage, supervise, and ensure the proper commercial and operational functioning of the branch, achieving sales, profitability, and customer service goals through business prospecting, specialized customer service, sales team leadership, and operational control. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise overall branch operations to ensure achievement of commercial and operational objectives. * Coordinate and monitor team activities. * Guarantee high-quality customer service and support. * Drive achievement of sales and profitability targets. * Follow up with customers, quotations, and business opportunities. * Supervise operational and administrative control within the branch. * Ensure proper inventory management and product supply. * Resolve operational issues and address customer needs. * Monitor performance and productivity indicators. * Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and standards. * Maintain branch order, appearance, and proper functionality. * Identify improvement opportunities in operations, service, and sales. **Academic Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in: Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Business, or related fields. **Experience and Requirements** Minimum 4–6 years of experience in: * Branch administration and supervision. * Consultative or technical sales. * Personal client portfolio. * Management of operational and commercial staff. * Client portfolio follow-up. **Salary** $15,000\.00 to $17,000\.00 gross monthly **Working Hours** Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $17,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
