Professional development within a sector-leading company In-House Fleet Supervisor (Flex Norte Plant) Egoba Transportation seeks key talent to join as an In-House Fleet Supervisor at one of our leading technology-sector clients: FLEXTRONIC (North Plant), located in Zapopan, Jalisco. This is a strategic opportunity for logistics professionals seeking stability, growth, and a high-level operational work environment. **Job Responsibilities** The primary mission of this role is to ensure uninterrupted supply chain operations through efficient management of on-site assets and personnel. Key functions include: Operational Management: Trip control and assignment; route design and monitoring to optimize delivery times. Personnel Leadership: Direct supervision of operators, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and operational efficiency. Fleet Management: Monitoring mechanical condition of tractors and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance programs to avoid unplanned downtime. Administrative Control: Preparation and retention of trip documentation (bills of lading, logbooks, delivery evidence) in accordance with current regulations. Customer Service: Serving as the direct liaison between Egoba Transportation and Flextronic, resolving incidents in real time within the plant. **Required Profile** Experience: Minimum 1–2 years supervising heavy cargo transportation fleets or similar logistics roles. Knowledge: Proficiency in performance indicators (KPIs), familiarity with local and regional routes, and knowledge of SCT transportation regulations. Skills: Ability to make decisions under pressure, assertive leadership, and strong administrative responsibility. Residence: Must reside in Zapopan or areas with easy access to the Flex Norte Plant. **Work Schedule** We offer a shift system designed to maximize operational rest: Shift Duration: 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM to 6:00 PM and mirror shift from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM). Rhythm: 4 working days followed by 2 days off, plus a fixed weekly day off on Sunday. **Compensation and Benefits** At Egoba Transportation, we value your commitment with a compensation package exceeding market standards: Monthly Salary: $15,000 MXN gross.
