ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT CONSTRUCTION **Accounting Analyst** **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting (licensed or advanced intern) * Minimum **2 years** of experience in general accounting, preferably in the construction sector. * Ages 25 to 40 (flexible depending on experience) * **Technical knowledge:** * Electronic accounting and recordkeeping under tax regulations * Provisional and annual tax filings (Income Tax, VAT) * Electronic invoicing CFDI 4\.0 * Bank reconciliations and control of accounts payable and receivable * Handling of **construction project estimates**, progress tracking, and accounting logs * Proficiency with **SAT** platforms **IMSS, IDSE, SUA, INFONAVIT, REPSE, SIROC** (ideal) * Good intermediate to advanced Excel skills * Experience with accounting systems such as **COI, Contpaq, Aspel, or similar** * Basic knowledge of **social security regulations for construction projects** (preferred) **Main Responsibilities:** * Daily accounting entries and bank reconciliations * Calculation of monthly taxes (Income Tax, VAT, withholdings) * Filing of tax returns with SAT and DIOT * Control of issued and received invoices * Supervision of correct supplier invoicing * Compilation of accounting files per project * Support in preparing estimates and closing projects * Coordination with external firms or auditors (if applicable) * Management of IMSS and INFONAVIT payments and SIROC follow\-up * Validation and control of supplier REPSE documentation (if applicable) **We Offer:** Salary from 16,000 to 18,000 NET Statutory benefits Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm Interested candidates should send their CV to recursoshumanos@ghlingenieria.mx or via WhatsApp to 3320578156\.
