**DB Soluciones is seeking a MAINTENANCE ANALYST in Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- MAINTENANCE ANALYST Technical degree or incomplete Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field Knowledge of: Electricity (medium and low voltage), Air Conditioning, Hydraulics, Basic Blueprint Reading, Civil Works, Office Suite and AutoCAD Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position Responsibilities: * Plan, organize, direct, and control, together with Operations Management, preventive and corrective maintenance programs, ensuring all facilities and equipment operate correctly. * Guarantee operational availability of equipment and facilities by evaluating their performance and proposing modifications or improvements to optimize their performance. * Support and monitor the performance of technical staff and external suppliers, promoting their training and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards. * Assist Operations Management in keeping records, diagrams, work orders, and technical reports up to date to facilitate diagnosis, monitoring, and control of maintenance activities. * Address and follow up on issued work orders, ensuring activities are carried out with quality, efficiency, and within established timeframes.
