Main Responsibilities: Receive, guide, and direct the public to their seating areas. Verify access and ticketing according to established protocols. Maintain order within auditoriums, hallways, and entrances. Assist in managing entry and exit traffic flows. Promptly address public inquiries, incidents, and needs. Collaborate on security, evacuation, and emergency response protocols.
