




Position Summary: Responsible for ensuring inventory availability, cleanliness, and adherence to standards in minibars, managing products and assisting supervisors to maintain quality and turnover. Key Highlights: 1. Manages minibar inventory and cleaning with attention to product expiration dates. 2. Assists in departmental tasks and participates in training programs. 3. Ensures compliance with quality and safety standards. Objective: Responsible for ensuring that minibars in guest rooms are fully stocked with products, glassware, and supplies, and that established cleanliness standards and product expiration requirements are met. Main Responsibilities: 1.- Responsible for recording guest consumption charges in rooms. 2.- Responsible for daily verification of all rooms within the assigned area. 3.- Responsible for closing minibar operations. 4.- Responsible for monitoring product expiration dates in minibars and ensuring proper rotation across departments for consumption. E.g.: Beverages for Banquets with 15-day expiry; cookies and juices with 8-day expiry for Kitchen. 5.- Assists supervisors with assigned tasks. 6.- Ensures compliance with assigned training and safety plans for the area. 7.- Stays informed about and participates in risk prevention measures and environmental care initiatives, and becomes familiar with products and services to provide information during any sales opportunity. Primary Tasks: 1.- Attends briefings conducted by the supervisor. 2.- Responsible for daily cleaning and restocking of the service cart. 3.- Responsible for cleaning and presentation of minibar products. 4.- Responsible for cleaning the cabinet area where products are placed and the refrigerator. 5.- Responsible for recording daily guest consumption charges and entering them into Servitron, Opera, or directly forwarding them to Reception. 6.- Responds promptly to departure calls from Reception. 7.- Responsible for stocking minibar inventory across all rooms on assigned routes. 8.- Ensures supplies are always fully stocked and in good condition in guest rooms. 9.- Must complete the shift with all rooms on the route fully stocked with products, glassware, supplies, and cleaned. 10.- Responsible for keeping the storage area clean and organized at all times. 11.- Performs shift closing procedures in Servitron and/or Opera systems. 12.- Informs the supervisor of any incidents such as equipment malfunctions, theft, or product loss. 13.- Must attend training sessions and departmental meetings. 14.- Carries out collateral activities contributing to the achievement of departmental objectives.
