Job Summary: We are seeking a Runner for Mika Bar to handle efficient food and beverage delivery, support waitstaff, and maintain the service area. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration in setup, cleaning, and special events Join the Mika Bar team at Andares zone as a Runner Minimum 6 months of experience as a waiter or runner in restaurants JOB FUNCTIONS AND ACTIVITIES Pick up prepared food and beverages from the kitchen or bar and deliver them promptly and carefully to the assigned table. Verify that each dish or beverage matches the order before delivery. Ensure product presentation and temperature are maintained until service. Assist waiters and captains with table setup and cleaning. Remove soiled dishes, glassware, and utensils from tables and transport them to the washing station. Keep service routes and aisles free of obstacles. Comply with hygiene and food safety protocols. Assist with setup for special events and banquet service when required. Follow instructions from the captain or immediate supervisor to prioritize deliveries during peak demand. Care for assigned equipment and trays used for food and beverage transport. Schedule is rotating between opening and closing shifts, with one day off per week. Monthly salary is $2,205.00 \+ approximately $1,500 or more in weekly tips.
