Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer or Architect to prepare technical drawings and models, develop architectural projects, and coordinate with various departments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Development of architectural projects from conception to execution. 2. Coordination with engineering, architecture, and construction teams. 3. Preparation of technical drawings and models using specialized software. Academic Qualifications * Civil Engineering, Architecture Technical Knowledge * Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, or similar. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. * Knowledge of technical regulations applicable to the sector. * Basic technical calculations. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Functions and Responsibilities * Prepare technical drawings and models. * Develop residential and infrastructure architectural projects from the conceptual stage through to execution. * Interpret technical specifications, standards, and applicable regulations. * Coordinate with engineering, architecture, and construction departments. * Perform basic technical calculations (structural, electrical, mechanical, depending on specialization). * Review and update drawings according to changes or adjustments. * Support the review and standardization of projects developed by external firms.
