Plan and execute commercial initiatives to boost occupancy and sales. ### **Park Manager** Zapopan, Jalisco \| On-site \| Full-time A company in the **family entertainment** sector is seeking a **Park Manager**, responsible for leading the overall operation of the branch, ensuring a safe and high-quality experience for visitors, as well as achieving operational and commercial objectives. The position will be responsible for **coordinating the workforce, ensuring proper park operations, and managing unit resources to maximize results and customer satisfaction.** **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Ensure **branch opening, operation, and closing** in accordance with established procedures and schedules. * Ensure the **safety of visitors and staff**, supervising compliance with safety and emergency protocols. * Manage **branch budget compliance**: revenue, operating costs, and expense control. * Coordinate and supervise teams under **sub-manager roles (operations, administration, food & beverage)** to ensure service delivery, cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. * Implement and review **daily operational checklists and performance reports**. * Control **inventory, cash handling, billing, and daily reconciliations**. * Address **operational incidents and customer complaints**, coordinating corrective actions. * Plan and execute **local commercial initiatives** to maximize occupancy and sales (promotions, partnerships, events). **Requirements** -------------- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Tourism, or related field. **Experience:** * **3–5 years in commercial unit or entertainment center management.** * Minimum **1–2 years in supervisory or branch management roles.** **Knowledge:** * Entertainment center management. * Budgetary control. * Safety standards and regulations for children’s parks. * Inventory management and cash handling. **Technical Skills:** * Proficiency in **ERP or POS systems** * **Intermediate Excel** * Operational control and reporting systems **Working Conditions** -------------------------- **Location** ------------- **"La Perla" Shopping Center**, Mariano Otero Ave. No. 3000, Ciudad del Sol neighborhood, ZIP Code 45050, Zapopan, Jalisco, Units **A\-314 and A\-316** **Schedule:** Full-time, with availability for weekends and holidays. **Work Environment:** Dynamic, customer-service oriented, and results-driven.
