Job Objective Generate and develop qualified demand through active prospecting and handling of digital leads, identifying customers' technical needs in the poultry and swine industries. **Requirements:** Customer service and sales experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field Age: 25 to 40 years old **We Offer** Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Salary: $16,000 to $17,000 MXN Uncapped commissions Statutory benefits and above. **Main Responsibilities (not limited to):** * Actively prospect new potential customers in the poultry and swine sectors. * Contact and handle leads from digital campaigns, trade fairs, and databases. * Identify customers' operational and technical needs related to facility equipment. * Open new commercial accounts. * Prepare and send commercial quotations. * Conduct daily follow-up on quotations (Day 2 and Day 5\). * Manage the opportunity pipeline in CRM. * Perform remote commercial closings via phone or WhatsApp for low- to medium-complexity opportunities. * Qualify high-value or high-complexity opportunities for visits by sales executives.
