Job Summary: SEÑORA TANAKA is seeking a Hostess to ensure exceptional customer service, manage reservations, and uphold the restaurant's image with a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide personalized service and positive customer attention. 2. Manage reservations and seat guests efficiently. 3. Maintain cleanliness and order in the reception area. DUTIES: \* Ensure all necessary tools are available for performing duties before starting a shift. \* Use operational equipment correctly and maintain it in perfect cleaning condition. \* Meet minimum quality standards by delivering personalized service. \* Attend to all customers with a positive service attitude, consistently fulfilling their expectations. \* Assign and mark reservations to maximize seating capacity. \* Ensure sufficient menus are available for the restaurant, as well as business cards. \* Clean the podium; inspect floral arrangements, planters, and façade. \* Report customer needs, comments, suggestions, and complaints to the Manager. \* Report operational shortages, as well as dirty or damaged equipment. \* Welcome and bid farewell to our customers. \* Relay occasion-related notes to the respective departments. \* Distribute and assign tables according to station roles and server assignments, avoiding station overload. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar position Flexible availability Age 20–30 years old SCHEDULE: Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off Rotating 8-hour shifts **Location: Andares Area** Position Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $9,500.00 – $13,500.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance or service * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Medical expense insurance * Meal service Experience: * Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Workplace: On-site employment
