Position Summary: We are seeking a Hospitality Expert Sales Ambassador to guide customers, ensure order accuracy, and perform strategic upselling—elevating the overall customer experience. Excellent work environment within a cutting-edge concept Cashier (Sales & Service Ambassador) Schedules and Availability: We offer two shifts to cover operations: Morning Shift / Afternoon Shift: 7–8 hour shifts (or part-time option, subject to availability). Operating days: Includes weekends (Sundays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM), with one weekday day off (Mondays). Are you a hospitality expert with sales talent? We seek a Sales Ambassador who embodies our brand. We’re not just looking for someone to process transactions—we want a person capable of delivering strategic upselling that enhances the customer experience and increases our average ticket value. Your Objective: Be the first point of contact, guiding customers through our specialty menu and ensuring every order is captured with precise technical specifications for bar and kitchen teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Menu Consultation and Suggested Selling: Passionately explain differences among our coffee beans and benefits of adaptogens in our smoothies. Actively promote beverage customization (e.g., adding Cold Foam for +$25). Suggest ideal pairings between our specialty beverages and kitchen items such as Fluffy Pancakes or display-case sandwiches. 2. POS Operations Management: Flawless operation of point-of-sale systems (e.g., Square or Toast). Ensure every order reaches bar and kitchen with exact notes (milk type, extra shots, cooking preferences) to prevent service errors. 3. Speed and Premium Service: Maintain agile service flow without compromising warmth or attention to detail. What We Look For In You: Proactive attitude and excellent personal presentation. Natural aptitude for sales and customer service. Ability to quickly learn technical ingredients (superfoods, adaptogens, specialty coffee). Prior experience handling cash registers or front-of-house service in restaurants/cafés (preferred).
