Position Summary: We are seeking Branch Managers who are passionate about customer service and possess personnel management skills, sales management capabilities, and a strong focus on process compliance. Continuous training and professional development BRANCH MANAGERS Responsibilities Passion for serving customers, teamwork orientation, goal-driven work ethic, and desire for short-term growth Personnel administration and management Propose and implement strategies to achieve established sales targets Efficient management of petty cash (expense authorization, system entry, and replenishment requests) based on assigned budgets. Charge, record, and invoice services rendered. Perform daily cash closing, cash reconciliation, and cash deposits. Ensure staff compliance with franchise-established processes, procedures, rules, and policies in daily operations. Record and invoice revenues and expenses in the administrative system. Identify training needs of supervised personnel. Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with a 2-hour lunch break Sundays: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Midweek day off; negotiable if advance request is made for a weekend day off Work location: Las Aguilas, Zapopan, Jal.
