Receptionist RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure an excellent agency image by maintaining the appearance of the showroom floor and reception area. Provide professional service to our customers from the moment they arrive, identifying appointments and directing them to the appropriate advisor. Supervise that all reception area amenities are always available and in optimal condition. Track customer traffic and generate reports for follow-up.
