Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Analyst to accurately and timely calculate and process employee payroll, ensuring legal compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for accurate payroll calculation and processing. 2. Preparation of payroll reports and compliance with tax obligations. 3. PAYROLL ANALYST Position Objective: To accurately and timely calculate employee payroll while ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal policies. Responsibilities: • Calculate and process weekly, biweekly, and monthly payroll. • Prepare payroll reports. • Process employee onboarding, offboarding, and data modifications in the payroll system. • Fulfill tax and legal obligations. • Enter data into internal systems. Profile: • Age: 25–45 years old • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related fields. • Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll administration. • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Experience with payroll administration systems (e.g., Giro or Nomipaq) is preferred.
