The ideal candidate is dynamic, organized, and proactive in implementing improvements in human capital management. Responsibilities: * Recruitment and selection of operational and administrative staff. * Conducting interviews and selection screenings. * Contract signing. * Personnel file management. * Managing hires and terminations. * Tracking incidents. * Payroll preparation. * Onboarding and training. * Employee engagement assessment. * Analysis of exit surveys and turnover. * Ensuring compliance with labor regulations and internal policies. * Acting as liaison between operational and administrative departments on personnel matters. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role. * Knowledge of mass recruitment and personnel administration. * Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite. * Proactive attitude, organizational skills, and strong communication abilities.
