Job Summary: Supervise and coordinate the overall operation of the corrugator (Fosber), ensuring efficient manufacturing of corrugated cardboard sheets while meeting quality, productivity, safety, and waste standards. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate the operational team and ensure compliance with the production schedule. 2. Guarantee proper synchronization among modules and validation of adjustments. PRIMARY OBJECTIVE Supervise and coordinate the overall operation of the corrugator (Fosber), ensuring efficient manufacturing of single-wall, double-wall, triple-wall, laminated, and pre-printed corrugated cardboard sheets, in compliance with organizational standards for quality, productivity, safety, and waste. MAIN FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Operational Supervision of the Corrugator Coordinate the operational team: Headbox, Single Facer, Double Backer, Slitter Scorer, Stacker, Glue Kitchen, and Control Room. Ensure compliance with the production schedule per shift. Validate startups, order changes, and combination adjustments. Guarantee proper synchronization among modules. Experience 5 years of experience operating corrugators. 2–3 years of personnel supervision experience. Experience with Fosber corrugators (preferred). Experience in manufacturing single-wall, double-wall, triple-wall, and laminated cardboard. Software Fosber corrugator HMI. ERP / MES for order inquiry. Intermediate Excel (KPI analysis). CMMS (basic inquiry).
