Clear and applied transmission of technical knowledge At CENTRO DE INVESTIGACIÓN FORENSE, CONSULTORÍA Y CAPACITACIÓN, S.C., we seek a **specialized Training Instructor for Monitoring and Control Centers**, responsible for delivering technical training and strengthening the operational competencies of personnel in corporate security environments. This position focuses on practical training in monitoring, information analysis, risk detection, and incident response. **Requirements** * Residence in Jalisco (mandatory) * Availability for travel (mandatory) * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in: * Monitoring centers (CCTV, GPS, alarms, access control) * Control centers (C4, C5, or corporate) * Delivering training or staff development * Field operational experience * Communication, leadership, and group management skills * Practical approach to training **Academic Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in: * Criminology * Criminalistics * Public Security * Information Technologies * Systems Engineering or related fields **Mandatory:** Degree certificate and professional license **Desirable** * DC\-5 (External Training Agent accredited by STPS) * Certifications in CCTV, monitoring, or electronic security * Experience in video analysis and detection of suspicious behavior **Responsibilities** * Deliver training courses for Monitoring and Control Centers * Evaluate participant performance * Develop practical exercises and simulations * Prepare training reports * Transmit technical knowledge clearly, systematically, and applicably **Working Conditions** * Position type: Project-based * Modality: In-person / Virtual * Base location: Guadalajara, Jalisco * Schedule: Flexible (according to course scheduling) * Compensation: Fee-based (must be able to issue invoices) * Benefits: * Paid travel allowances * Corporate uniforms Position type: Full-time Salary: $8,223\.09 \- $19,580\.21 per month Benefits: * Sick days * Flexible hours * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
