If you seek job stability, career growth, and the opportunity to join a company in expansion, this opportunity is for you! **JOIN OUR TEAM AS A TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST!** **Responsibilities:** * Administer LAN/WLAN networks. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment (Windows and Mac). * Provide technical support to users via the internal ticketing system. * Monitor proper operation of internet and telephony networks. * Install and maintain video surveillance systems (CCTV). * Configure and maintain point-to-point links. * Execute software and system updates on equipment. * Configure digital tools for new hires (email, computers, and mobile devices). * Perform data backups. * Track resolution of hardware and software technical issues. * Travel to different locations to address technical incidents as required **Requirements:** * Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field (in progress or incomplete). * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in technical support (internships or social service may be considered). * Basic knowledge of networking, equipment maintenance, and user support. * Basic proficiency in Windows and/or Mac operating systems. * Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and eagerness to learn. * Valid driver’s license. **We Offer:** * **Base monthly salary:** $13,000 to $14,000 gross * **Work schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 am \- 05:30 pm * **Work location:** Tala, Jalisco * Statutory benefits * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Life insurance * Job stability * Learning opportunities * Employee transportation from Las Cuatas, San Isidro Mazatepec and/or Tala city center.
