Anodizados Santa María, a leading company in aluminum finishing, located in Santa María Tequepexpan We are seeking: Systems Technician Requirements Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems 2 years of experience Experience in: Performing preventive and corrective diagnostics on computing equipment. Diagnosing and resolving issues with printers and other peripheral devices. Installing and configuring software and application suites. Providing efficient and effective technical support. Repairing and restoring computers with hardware or software failures. Supervising network infrastructure (servers, routers, switches, etc.) and ensuring its proper usage and operation. Administering and maintaining operating systems and platforms used by the company (ERP, CRM, CHECKERS, etc.). Managing Internet connectivity and internal network device communication. Providing technical support and advisory services to company employees regarding company-owned equipment. Diagnosing and resolving technical issues in equipment, applications, and networks. Performing periodic data backups and ensuring data recovery in case of disasters. Installing and configuring hardware, software, and operating systems on workstations. Proposing improvements to optimize the efficiency of technological resources. Preparing periodic reports on the status of systems, incidents, and maintenance performed on equipment, applications, and networks used by the company.
