Professional development within an expanding organizational structure *We seek a candidate with proven experience in gym or fitness center operations, capable of rapidly integrating into a regional structure and leading multi-location, results-oriented, and customer-experience-focused operations.* **Fitness chain seeks: Regional Operations Manager** **Job Objective** Plan, coordinate, and supervise the comprehensive operations of clubs, ensuring process standardization, compliance with administrative and operational KPIs, customer service quality, and efficient resource utilization—contributing to the organization’s sustainable growth and profitability. **What You’ll Find With Us?** * Participation in a growing fitness chain * Opportunity to lead regional operations * Operational autonomy and decision-making authority * Professional development within an expanding organizational structure **We Offer** * Net monthly salary: **$31,000** * Monthly gasoline allowance: **$2,000** * Tiered bonus plan starting from the evaluation period: **$5,000** *(based on operational performance and customer satisfaction)* * Statutory benefits * Gym memberships (3\) valued at approximately **$2,052** each * Indefinite-term employment contract. **Key Responsibilities** * Implement and enhance the organizational structure of clubs * Integrate and standardize operational processes * Update customer service procedures * Develop and monitor administrative and operational KPIs * Supervise execution of authorized processes * Conduct branch visits for operational and image assessment * Plan logistical and operational strategies * Supervise the club management system * Plan and execute events * Implement and update operational manuals * Supervise and train Branch Managers * Manage procurement and operational resources * Coordinate administrative personnel movements with Human Resources * Resolve operational issues with staff and members **Requirements** * Completed and certified bachelor’s degree in: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Relations, or related field * Preferred: Master’s degree in Business Administration * Age: 30–40 years * Solid experience in operational management of service units or branches * Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and multi-branch operational structures * Proficiency in KPI management and continuous improvement * Experience in customer service * Planning, organization, and leadership skills * Intermediate English (50% reading proficiency, basic writing) * Valid driver’s license * Ability to operate a standard vehicle * Personal vehicle required * Willingness to travel frequently **Work Schedule** Administrative schedule with operational flexibility aligned with scheduled events and visits. **Location** Corporate office in Guadalajara, Jalisco * Frequent branch visits Salary: $31,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company vehicle * Employee discount * Flexible working hours * Gym access Workplace: On-site employment
