




**OCCUPATIONAL PHYSICIAN** * **Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine (Medical Doctor and Surgeon or Medical Doctor and Obstetrician)** * **Desirable**: Postgraduate Diploma in Occupational Medicine, Industrial Safety, or Ergonomics; and ability to interpret audiometry, spirometry, electrocardiograms, and visual acuity tests. * **Years of Experience: 2 years as an Occupational Physician.** **OBJECTIVE:** * To provide comprehensive medical care to employees and internal/external patients by conducting clinical histories, interpreting complementary diagnostic tests, and performing complete medical evaluations—ensuring proper medical record closure and resolution of incidents, **in order to guarantee occupational health, work fitness, and compliance with safety and wellness regulations**. **SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:** * Occupational health management (intermediate level). * Legal framework: Federal Labor Law (FLL), Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) Law, STPS Standards (Safety and Health). * Support during government inspections related to occupational health. * Ergonomics and industrial safety (intermediate level). * First aid and emergency medical care. * Administration and interpretation of medical examinations (pre-employment, periodic, anti-doping, breathalyzer, audiometry, spirometry, electrocardiogram, laboratory tests, and visual acuity). * Implementation and management of occupational health campaigns. * Delivery of occupational health courses and training (desirable). * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Office) (mandatory). **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct clinical histories for internal and external patients: verify medical history, vital signs, laboratory test results, and patient symptoms; review clinical histories issued by laboratory staff. * Perform and interpret complementary diagnostic tests: ECG, spirometry, audiometry, laboratory tests, and visual acuity. * Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations: determine patient fitness for the required purpose (occupational, pre-employment, or general check-up). * Close medical records: issue diagnosis, recommendations, and observations; sign and stamp clinical histories. * Address incidents and resolve operational issues; follow up on complaints; propose solutions; and ensure satisfaction of patients, external medical personnel, and employees. **WE OFFER:** * Monthly salary: **$20,000** * Biweekly payment * Statutory benefits * Uniforms * Work equipment (mobile phone and laptop) **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM * Fixed weekends off (Saturday and Sunday) **Workplace: Santo Domingo Laboratory** **Fernando Aranguren #840, Col.
