Degree certificate required. / Bachelor's degree (internship candidate) in Computer Systems, Informatics, Information Technologies, or related field. * Minimum one year of experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment. * Solid knowledge in the field. * Familiarity with ticketing tools. **Key Responsibilities:** * On-site handling of service orders for registered requests or incidents from the service desk. * Performing functional tests on hardware or software components that may exhibit failures causing operational interruption of equipment, in order to issue the corresponding technical diagnosis. * Ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). * Documenting resolutions for requests and incidents, and compiling evidence of provided support. **Required Competencies:** * Teamwork and collaboration. * Problem solving. * Innovation. * Excellent customer service. * Effective communication. * Results-oriented. **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary of $12,700\. * Statutory benefits from day one. * 31 days of year-end bonus (aguinaldo). * Grocery vouchers (vales de despensa). * Paid special leave. * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. ***Availability to travel across different locations in CDMX is essential.*** **If you meet the profile and are interested in this position, please apply through this channel.** *In this organization, we foster a discrimination-free environment.
