




Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Support and Infrastructure Coordinator to lead technical support, infrastructure, and internal user support operations within a corporate group with offices in the Andares area. Coordinate and supervise incidents, maintenance activities, and vendor management. **Corporate group with corporate offices in the Andares area** is looking for an **IT Support and Infrastructure Coordinator** to lead technical support, technological infrastructure, networks, equipment, platforms, and internal user support operations. We seek a candidate with technical experience, operational leadership skills, and a service-oriented mindset, capable of ensuring continuity of technological services and providing timely follow-up on incidents, maintenance tasks, vendors, and departmental KPIs. **Job Objective** Ensure continuous operation, availability, and proper functioning of the technological infrastructure and technical support services by coordinating, supervising, and tracking incidents; maintenance of equipment, networks, platforms, cybersecurity, and user support. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise incident resolution, user requests, and service requirements. * Monitor compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and response time targets. * Supervise the operation of servers, networks, connectivity links, computing devices, telephony systems, and peripherals. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of technological infrastructure. * Manage backups, system updates, patches, and system monitoring. * Administer user accounts, access rights, permissions, and profiles. * Maintain inventory control of hardware, software, and licenses. * Coordinate the technical support team, assigning priorities and workloads. * Monitor and follow up with vendors for telecommunications, hardware, software, and external services. * Keep procedures, manuals, reports, and departmental KPIs updated. **Requirements** * Engineering or bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems, Informatics, Information Technology, or related field. * 3–5 years of experience in technical support, IT infrastructure, or similar roles. * Experience managing technical staff. * Knowledge of LAN, WAN, Wi\-Fi, and VPN networks. * Basic administration of physical and virtual servers. * Proficiency with helpdesk tools and ticketing systems. * Knowledge of backup solutions, cybersecurity, licensing, and asset management. * Experience supporting users in corporate environments. * Willingness to travel when required. **Desired Competencies** * Operational leadership. * Service orientation. * Problem-solving ability. * Planning and organizational skills. * Effective communication. * Ability to work under pressure. * Proactivity and continuous improvement mindset. **We Offer** * Monthly salary of **$30,000 MXN (tax-free)**. * Working hours: **Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM**. * **30-minute lunch break.** * Work location: **Andares Corporate Center.** * Job stability. * Professional corporate environment. * Opportunities for professional development.
