PROJECT OBJECTIVE * Strengthen Human Resources department processes by implementing strategies that improve personnel administration, workplace climate, and organizational efficiency. ACTIVITIES * Support HR administrative processes * Track personnel files and documentation * Assist with workplace climate and internal communication activities * Participate in organizational improvement projects * Support recruitment and personnel selection * Prepare administrative reports and controls.
