Passion for active prospecting and high tolerance for rejection Commercial Assistant – Real Estate Projects Location: Chapalita, Guadalajara/Zapopan (On-site) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Your Mission: Prospect clients and generate business appointments with real estate developers across Mexico. We seek someone energetic, commercially oriented, and capable of gaining access to decision-makers. Requirements: * 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, call center, or commercial prospecting. * Passion for active prospecting and high tolerance for rejection. * Ability to research projects and contact clients via phone calls, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp. We Offer: * Base salary: $14,500 MXN (take-home pay). * Bonuses and commissions for confirmed appointments and closed sales. * Estimated total income: $30,000–$40,000 MXN (take-home pay). * Statutory benefits. * Offices in Chapalita, one of the city’s best neighborhoods.
