ABOUT THE POSITION Position: HR Assistant Contract: Full-time Salary: $10,000 net per month (paid biweekly) Location: 45168 Zapopan, Jalisco WHAT WILL YOU DO DAILY? Recruitment and Selection: Posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and tracking candidates Training: Coordinating employee training and wellness programs Employee Support and Service: Addressing inquiries regarding benefits, leave requests, and internal policies Administrative Management: Handling and archiving personal documents and assisting with general tasks CANDIDATE PROFILE WE SEEK Education: Students or recent graduates in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory) Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in administrative roles or HR functions (desirable) Key Skills: Clear and empathetic communication Proactivity, organization, and solution-oriented mindset Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow WORK SCHEDULE Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. 3:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Saturday: 8:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. WHAT WE OFFER Competitive salary: $10,000 net per month (paid biweekly) Continuous training and real opportunities for professional growth Excellent work environment focused on well-being and teamwork A motivated team that encourages your daily improvement If you are looking for an opportunity to develop your career in Human Resources, now is the time.
