Position Summary: We are seeking a results-oriented Litigation Attorney with solid legal judgment and experience in labor law and social security matters to manage a portfolio of cases. Professional growth within an expanding firm and continuous training At CONSULTORÍA BV, we seek a Litigation Attorney experienced in labor law and social security matters, results-focused, with sound legal judgment and the ability to manage cases from inception to conclusion. You will join a team handling over 700 active cases, participating in legal strategies for pension defense and enhancement, as well as labor litigation. ⸻ Responsibilities * Case tracking and management * Drafting complaints, motions, and other legal documents * Appearances before labor boards/tribunals * Legal counseling and client support * Legal strategy for pension cases (IMSS Law 73, Law 97\) * Coordination with administrative and commercial departments * Progress and status reporting on cases ⸻ Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Law (licensed) * Minimum 2 years of litigation experience * Knowledge of: * Labor law * Social security (IMSS, pensions, contributed weeks, Modality 40\) * Experience in labor or administrative tribunals * Excellent legal writing skills * Case management and organizational skills ⸻ Ideal Profile * Proactive and solution-oriented * Strong sense of responsibility * Results-driven (not process-only) * Ability to handle pressure and high workload volume * Strong professional ethics * Clear communication with clients ⸻ We Offer * Base salary (to be determined according to experience) * Performance-based bonuses and case recovery incentives * Professional growth within an expanding firm * Continuous training in social security matters * Participation in high economic-impact cases ⸻ Plus (not mandatory, but highly valued) * Experience in pension increase claims or IMSS litigation * Experience in amparo proceedings * Familiarity with recent pension-related jurisprudence Contact: consultoriaseguridadsocialbv@gmail.com or 3333972409 Salary: $7,153\.49 \- $18,750\.20 per month Benefits: * Academic support Workplace: On-site employment
