***TECNAAL Group***, a 100% Mexican company that manufactures and distributes flavors and chemicals for various food industry companies and others, invites you to join its team as: **QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM RESPONSIBLE** **REQUIREMENTS** * Industrial Engineer, Chemist, Food Chemist (QFB), Biotechnology Engineer, or Food Chemist * 3 years of experience as SGCI (Quality and Food Safety Management System) Responsible * **ISO 9001 / ISO 22000 Quality Certification / Mandatory Prerequisites** * **Internal Auditor Certificate** * **Lead Auditor (ISO 19011 preferred)** * **Statistical Tools for Quality, Development of Flowcharts and Process Mapping, Internal Audits, Reporting of HACCP\- FMEA\- GMP and PRPs Audits.** **MAIN ACTIVITIES** * Lead and coordinate the quality and food safety management system * Provide training to involved personnel on quality and food safety topics * Control of documented information * Follow-up and compliance with internal and external audits * Creation of policies, campaigns, and necessary internal or external documentation according to the quality and food safety management system * Ensure achievement of scheduled goals for the quality and food safety management system * Report system performance and any improvement needs to top management * Verify with the Food Safety Leader the Food Safety Team’s activities for hazard analysis and verification of PRPs * Follow up on corrective actions and customer complaints * Monitor SGCI process indicators **WE OFFER:** * Weekly payments * Grocery vouchers * Statutory benefits * 13% savings fund * Subsidized cafeteria * 20 days of year-end bonus in the first year * 60% vacation premium * School supplies support * Benefits **SKILLS** * Leadership * Communication * Analytical thinking * Proactivity **SCHEDULE** * Mon\-Fri 08:00 to 17:30 **LOCATION** * Street: Calzada Circunvalación Oriente \#225 Cd.
