Ensure flawless execution of training programs by coordinating operations, logistics, budgeting, and customer experience to guarantee high-level results. What will you do in this role? * Coordinate logistics for training programs (in-person and virtual) * Manage schedules, participant invitations, and follow-up * Prepare materials, lists, assessments, certificates, and deliverables * Provide support during sessions (live or virtual) * Participate in Training Needs Assessment (TNA) processes with clients * Manage communication with consultants (briefings, follow-up, feedback) * Monitor budgets (costs, fees, travel expenses) * Prepare program tracking and closure reports * Administer digital platforms (Zoom, Teams, LMS) * Anticipate risks and resolve operational incidents in real time Education and Experience * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related field * 1–3 years of experience in logistical coordination, training, events, or consulting * Desired experience in budget control or vendor management * Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously What are we looking for in you? * High level of organization and attention to detail * Customer-focused approach and service-oriented mindset * Analytical ability (especially for TNAs) * Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders (clients, consultants, internal team) * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Proactivity and anticipation * Problem-solving skills in dynamic environments * Proficiency with digital tools: * Google Workspace * Zoom / Microsoft Teams * Canva (preferred) * Use of digital tools and AI for organization and tracking (preferred) We are looking for someone who: * Is structured yet flexible when facing change * Exercises sound judgment in making operational decisions * Seeks efficiency and resource optimization * Pays close attention to every detail of the customer experience This role is NOT for you if: * You struggle managing multiple tasks or priorities * You do not enjoy interacting with clients or consultants * You prefer working without structure or follow-up * You are not interested in budget management or cost control * You find it difficult to adapt to change or resolve unforeseen issues Why join EVOX?
