




**Position:** Human Resources Manager **Location:** Zapopan, Jalisco. **Modality:** On-site (with option for home office on Saturdays) **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 hrs (1 hour lunch break) and Saturdays from 9:00 to 13:00 hrs **Salary:** $50,000 – $60,000 net monthly + $5,000 bonus based on performance indicators **Benefits:** As per local labor law A logistics company is seeking a **Human Resources Manager** to lead the HR department and contribute to the professionalization of human capital processes within a growing company in the logistics sector. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing all Human Resources functions (recruitment, labor relations, organizational development, compensation, and payroll), ensuring proper operations and regulatory compliance. We are looking for an **experienced professional accustomed to managing large teams and complex organizational structures**, capable of implementing best practices and providing strategic support to senior management. Key responsibilities: * Lead and develop the Human Resources team across all areas. * Design and implement HR policies and processes aligned with the company’s strategy. * Ensure legal and regulatory compliance (Federal Labor Law, NOM-035, internal policies, data protection). * Guarantee timely staffing for operational and administrative positions. * Oversee the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments. * Generate key reports and performance indicators for Management and Board review. * Travel to visit HR teams in different regions (approximately 2 times per quarter). Requirements: * Proven experience of at least **5 years in Human Resources** and **3 years leading teams**. * Experience working in **companies with high operational volume and a significant number of employees**, preferably in sectors such as logistics, retail, manufacturing, or mass services. * Solid knowledge of Mexican labor legislation, labor relations, and compensation practices. * Ability to implement processes and policies in dynamic and growing environments. * Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills when interacting with senior management. * Availability to travel and work part-time on Saturdays.
