Talent attraction activities and organizational communication Gender: Unrestricted, Experience: 1 year Required Knowledge: \- MASS RECRUITMENT EVENTS AND FACEBOOK ADVERTISING ARE MANDATORY. \- Self-managed, service-oriented attitude, moral leadership, and risk analysis. \- Proficiency in Excel pivot tables and Google Drive. \- Proficiency in the Federal Labor Law (LFT), Social Security Law (LSS), and STPS regulations. \- Competency-based personnel selection and development. \- Negotiation and employee separation processes. \- Event organization. \- Incident management. Responsibilities: \- Talent attraction and development. \- General services and personnel incident management. \- Behavior-based safety. \- Events and organizational communication. Work Location: Los Cubos, Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.; $17,000 Monthly Base Salary + $1,000.00 per month for gasoline; Statutory Benefits.
