Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for talent attraction, development, and management, with experience in mass recruitment, negotiation, and handling personnel incidents. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in mass recruitment and event organization 2. Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), Social Security Law (LSS), and STPS regulations 3. Competency-based personnel selection and development Human Resources, Engineering, Industrial Relations, Higher Technical Education. Gender: Unrestricted, Experience: 1 year Knowledge: \- Mass recruitment for events. \- Self-management, service-oriented attitude, moral leadership, and risk analysis. \- Proficiency in Excel pivot tables and Google Drive. \- Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), Social Security Law (LSS), and STPS regulations. \- Competency-based personnel selection and development. \- Negotiation and employee separation. \- Event organization. \- Incident management. Responsibilities: \- Talent attraction and development. \- General services and personnel incident management. \- Behavior-based safety. \- Events and organizational communication. Work location: Los Cubos, Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. $17,000 Monthly Net + $1,000 for gas + Statutory benefits. Laptop and cellphone allowance. Attendance bonuses.
