Together, we can transform the future of health and leave a positive mark on the world! **Collaborator Type** Trust-based **Job Objective** Administer and advise on organizational structure, compensation, and benefits processes, ensuring compliance with applicable corporate or regulatory guidelines, to support the attraction and retention of talent aligned with the division’s strategies. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Advise on restructuring processes and position requests, acting as a liaison for position approval among requester requirements, the Human Resources Unit (HRU), and corporate stipulations. * Guide the HRU in analyzing structures and positions, and in developing business cases for structure and compensation. * Conduct pre\- evaluations of positions for review with corporate. * Analyze and administer divisional job descriptions within scope. * Coordinate and/or advise on administrative activities (e.g., creation of buildings or other system links, cost centers, etc.) and change management activities (e.g., communication, formalization of documentation, etc.) in the HRU arising from structural transitions/restructurings. * Review position re-evaluation requests and channel to corporate those identifying remuneration opportunities. * Maintain control over updates and data cleansing of structures within scope (monitor and manage required system changes with the HRU). * Review and/or generate organizational charts and special information requests for the HRU related to structure and compensation. * Generate customized information for the HRU regarding structure budgeting and costing, using the methodology and calculator established by corporate. * Coordinate periodic reviews of structures within scope, as well as initiatives defined by corporate (e.g., structural analysis projects, structural planning cycles, payroll budgeting exercises, leveling, etc.). * Align corporate compensation and structural policies and processes to ensure their implementation in the HRU (acting as the link between corporate and HRU). * Generate compensation and structure indicators (e.g., tenure, budget adherence, compensation curve, project progress). * Advise on personnel administration movements, provide feedback, and manage corrections with the HRU when necessary.
