Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise quality inspection activities, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with standards for optical fiber manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate and supervise quality and production inspections. 2. Analyze, design, and implement continuous improvement plans. 3. Ensure compliance with ISO regulations and customer requirements. **EN FOM**, we are a leading company in the manufacturing, sales, and distribution of optical fiber cables for the largest telecommunications companies in **Mexico, USA, Colombia, and Costa Rica.** **We are seeking: QUALITY SUPERVISOR** **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Kick-off meeting * Coordinate inspection of outgoing goods performed by your team * Coordinate production inspection performed by your team * Follow up on customer non-conformance reports * Report Top Offenders in quality * Prepare departmental documentation * Analyze and design improvement plans * Ensure compliance with standards: Verify that optical assemblies comply with internal regulations, quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, etc.), and customer requirements * Process optimization: Implement improvements in quality controls to reduce defects, waste, and inspection time * Cross-department collaboration: Work with production, R\+D, processes, and logistics to effectively resolve quality issues * Implementation of quality methodologies: Apply tools such as 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, FMEA, QCP for continuous improvement * Develop and verify staff training compliance **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduates in Industrial Engineering or related fields * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in roles related to this position * Availability to work **Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM** * No transportation issues to **Adolf, Horn Avenida de los Artesanos 1737\-B, Industrial, 45598 San Pedro Tlaquepaque, Jal.** **WE OFFER:** * **Take-home salary.** * Job stability and timely payment * Statutory benefits and above-standard benefits * Development plan and career growth paths **Are you interested?** **Apply now and join this great team to achieve VALUABLE CONNECTIONS together!** Employment type: Full-time, Part-time Salary: Starting from $18,460\.00 per month Benefits: * Study support Work location: On-site employment
