Opportunity for growth and impact on results **EN FOM**, we are a leading company in the manufacturing, sales, and distribution of optical fiber cable for the largest telecommunications companies in **Mexico, USA, Colombia, and Costa Rica.** **We are looking for: QUALITY SUPERVISOR** **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Follow-up on pre-alerts * Supervision and follow-up on validation of consignment instructions * Prepare consignment validation reports * Assign and manage resources for material validation * Shift start-up meetings * Record OEE indicator results * Supervise material inspection logs * Ensure training compliance for your team * Generate quotations / purchase orders * Team information meetings * Deliver status of rejected materials to Supplier Quality * Testing and analysis during material inspection * Internal audits of documents authorized by the company for material inspection * Support other areas (warehouse) * FQA * Update of new processes * Support for CEDIS inventory **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduates in Industrial Engineering or related fields. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in activities related to this position * Availability to work **Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM** * No transportation issues to **Adolf B.
