




Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive, customer-oriented advisor for a role requiring communication skills, attention to detail, teamwork ability, and objection-handling capability. Frustration tolerance and objection handling * Provide proactive recommendations through customer counseling, addressing their needs and exceeding their expectations. * Enter each customer’s information into the system to send orders to production; therefore, basic packaging software proficiency and exceptional attention to detail are required. * Positive attitude, service quality, and eagerness to learn. * Teamwork to enhance customer service and coordination. * Excellent appearance and hygiene. * Fluent dialogue. * Frustration tolerance and objection handling.
