Technical leadership, organization, and problem-solving ability **Operations Supervisor – Structured Cabling** A company specializing in technological infrastructure solutions is seeking an **Operations Supervisor** with experience in **structured cabling installations and coordination of field technicians**. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise **structured cabling installations (UTP and fiber optic)**. * Coordinate and track **technical crews on-site**. * Ensure proper execution of **network, conduit, and connectivity projects**. * Validate testing, certification, and project handover. * Maintain communication with clients and internal teams during execution. ✅ **Requirements:** * Experience supervising **structured cabling or network projects**. * Knowledge of **network installation, conduit routing, punch-down, and testing**. * Experience coordinating **technical staff or installers**. * Ability to work on-site and track projects. * Preferred knowledge of **fiber optics and cabling certification**. We seek an organized, solution-oriented individual with technical leadership skills who ensures correct field project execution. **Location:** Guadalajara, Jalisco **Work Mode:** On-site / field work **Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm** **Salary negotiable according to qualifications: $15,000 to $20,000 monthly net + Statutory benefits**
