Gender: Unrestricted Age: 28–40 **Experience:** Minimum 5 years in project management, public tenders, and public procurement. **Job Description:** Knowledge of Public Works Law Knowledge of tendering processes General proficiency in Microsoft Office Leadership skills to direct cross-functional teams **Responsibilities:** Lead high-impact, complex projects, ensuring delivery within defined budget, timeline, and quality standards. Strategically manage risks, resources, and stakeholders, aligning outcomes with objectives. Lead communications, reporting progress and obstacles to senior management. Ability to manage project scope, anticipate risks, and ensure final quality. Strong negotiation skills with clients and suppliers. Ensure quality and successful delivery of deliverables. Budget control, cash flow forecasting, and profitability analysis. Proficiency in project management tools. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 – $20,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
