Due to our expansion, we are seeking a **HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR**: **Requirements/Responsibilities** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience. * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT). * Administration and tracking of attendance incidents (absences, tardiness, vacations, overtime); payroll processing using ASPEL system. * Follow-up on client requests (personnel-related matters). * Preparation and updating of personnel files, contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and employee inquiries. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. * Tracking contract renewals, onboarding, offboarding, and final settlements. * Organized, proactive, with a sense of urgency and excellent interpersonal skills. * Ensuring adequate staffing coverage (collaborates closely with Recruiter). Salary: $15,000 Monthly Gross Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Work Location: On-site employment, LA CALMA ZONE, ZAPOPAN.
