Opportunity for professional growth and job stability ### **Job Objective** Administer and monitor the operational and administrative management of the company's vehicle fleet, ensuring control over maintenance, documentation, and vehicle availability, thereby guaranteeing efficient, safe operations in compliance with established processes. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Handle requests for preventive and corrective maintenance. * Validate service and repair quotations. * Coordinate services with external workshops and suppliers. * Verify that repairs are completed on time and as required. * Maintain a maintenance history for each vehicle. * Control and track inspections, insurance policies, license plates, and circulation permits. * Monitor vehicle status and availability. * Manage and update vehicle files. * Track incidents, accidents, and traffic violations. * Prepare administrative and operational reports for the department. * Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance. * Provide support and assistance to internal users regarding fleet-related matters. ### **Requirements** * Completed or incomplete bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in fleet administration, logistics, or vehicle maintenance. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of administrative control and operational monitoring. * Availability to perform field activities when required. ### **Skills and Knowledge** * Knowledge of vehicle fleet management and maintenance. * Management and monitoring of suppliers and workshops. * Basic knowledge of vehicle regulations and insurance. * Analytical ability and administrative monitoring skills. * Organizational and document control skills. * Attention to detail and problem-solving ability. * Negotiation and effective communication skills. ### **We Offer** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Savings fund * Job stability * Opportunity for professional growth
